We recently had a terrible smell in our house that I thought might be coming from our septic tank. Justin and Jordan from SteadyFlo came out right away to inspect it, and they also took the time to check for any clogs in the drains under the house. They arrived exactly on time, were incredibly professional and patient, and explained everything clearly. Turns out our septic tank did not need to be drained and I appreciate their honesty in not trying to oversell us on that. I called SteadyFlo to get a second opinion because a friend had used them multiple times and had nothing but great things to say. They took their time on the phone with me to understand the issue and immediately confirmed they were significantly better priced. I called on a Friday and they were able to come out the following Monday. They quickly found the issue. There was a possibility they would have to bust up my slab but Chris assured me he was going to do everything he could for that to not be the outcome….and he succeeded!
